As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a structured 5-phase training program designed to help you understand every aspect of the business and discover the career path that best fits your strengths and goals. What Youll Learn Phase 1 Warehouse Logistics Learn the products we sell and gain an understanding of how materials move from vendors to customers. Develop hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, and sales support. Phase 2 Operations Get involved in: Customer service Counter sales Order management Inventory and pricing Credit management Financial reporting Day-to-day branch operations Phase 3 Inside Sales & Project Management Work closely with customers to provide solutions while learning how to coordinate and manage larger projects. Phase 4 Outside Sales & Account Management Develop skills in: Building customer relationships Identifying new business opportunities Negotiating contracts Managing accounts Growing sales within your territory Phase 5 Career Path Development Take everything youve learned throughout the program and determine the career path that excites you most.
