As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for Front Desk Agents who enjoy connecting with people and take pride in delivering an excellent guest experience Position Summary As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agents play a key role in shaping the guest experience. You’ll be responsible for creating a friendly and efficient check-in/check-out process, handling guest inquiries, inspiring adventure in the local area and ensuring every visitor feels valued from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities - Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure - Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs accurately using the property management system - Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email - Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction - Assist with administrative duties and daily front desk operations Qualifications - Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with computers and booking systems - Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer - Competitive compensation - Supportive and team-oriented work workplace - Opportunities for growth and development - Staff perks and discounts How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction outlining your experience and interest in the role.
