Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to support and streamline daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in negotiation, business development, and account management while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. The Secretary will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and operational flow. Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate walk in customers, over the phone customers and deliveries. - Prepare and organize documents for sales. - Handle correspondence via email, phone calls, and other communication channels with professionalism - Assist in business development activities including market research and analysis to identify new opportunities - Support sales efforts - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales using QuickBooks online platform - Provide leadership in administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations Qualifications - Proven experience as a Secretary with strong organizational skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - QuickBooks experience is recommended but we will train you if you've had no previous experience. - Experience in marketing activities is a plus - Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of trees and plants would be beneficial but not required. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your skills will directly impact the organization’s growth.
