Job Description Van Bree Sand&Gravel is looking for experienced AZ Truck Drivers with Truck&Pup / Belt experience to join our team, working out of our Warwick location and surrounding areas.
Local work only— no long hauls.
Key Responsibilities
Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
Safely load, transport, and unload materials using appropriate equipment
Secure loads in accordance with safety regulations
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Perform routine truck maintenance (refueling, greasing, washing as required)
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
Ensure compliance with MTO regulations and traffic laws
Communicate regularly with dispatch, office staff, and customers
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements
Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record (CVOR required)
Minimum 3 years AZ driving experience (insurance requirement)
Must be 25 years of age or older
Experience with truck&pup and/or belt trailers
Familiarity with London, Sarnia, Goderich, Warwick Township, and surrounding areas
Knowledge of aggregates and the construction industry is an asset
Strong understanding of load securement, truck weights, and road limitations
Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and follow schedules
Experience using GPS systems
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (basic math skills required)
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends depending on workload
Overtime pay available
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Physical tasks including driving, loading/unloading, and equipment handling
