FedEx is hiring a

Flex Driver

in Gravenhurst, Ontario. This is a casual part-time position focused on the timely delivery of packages to customers on predetermined routes.

Responsibilities

Deliver packages to predetermined customers on specific routes in a timely manner

Review orders prior to departure to confirm accuracy

Load and unload the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently

Provide exceptional customer service at every stop

Complete mandatory driver assessment training and maintain minimum thresholds

Operate in a PC Windows environment for delivery management

Work varying shifts based on business needs

Requirements

Valid full G licence / Class 5 driver's licence required

Clean driving record: no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months

High school diploma or educational equivalent

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

One year of customer‑oriented business experience preferred

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong time management and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and handle a pressured environment

Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations is an asset

Schedule Monday to Saturday, shifts start at 8AM and end approximately 4PM. Flexible shift opportunities available.

Wage $21.09 per hour

Valid full G licence or Class 5 driver's licence; high school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift 70 lbs; clean driving record with two or fewer violations in the past 24 months
