Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

Install and configure copiers, printers at client’s location and ensuring all equipment is setup properly

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on copiers and printers.

Provide technical support to users, offering guidance on how to operate the equipment effectively and efficiently.

Monitor and manage inventory levels of parts and supplies

Document work performed on equipment.

Providing excellent customer service. Communicating effectively with clients to address their concerns and ensuring the satisfaction of the services provided.

Qualifications

Mechanical ability to troubleshoot to fix equipment

Ability to stay abreast of new technology and advise/recommend on the best possible solutions to meet customer needs

Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently is essential

Strong interpersonal skills are important to interact with customers

Ability to lift equipment

Driver’s license

Enthusiasm and ambition to learn new skills

Compensation: $20-$25/hr

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
