Hydro One is currently hiring an Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering student for a temporary 12-month co-op position. As a co-op student, you'll be executing planning for outages while collaborating with cross-functional teams in the utility sector. Your role will encompass customer support and technical database management, offering an invaluable learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate planned outages in the electricity network • Collaborate with various departmental teams • Assist customers with outage and work protection requests • Create reports and manage distribution via email • Install and analyze databases and engineering drawings

Requirements:• Enrollment in an Electrical or Computer Engineering program • 3rd or 4th year student status preferred • Familiarity with Ontario’s electrical industry • Valid driver’s license needed • Programming skills, especially in JavaScript or Python, are advantageous
