Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and contribute to the creation and maintenance of beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves hands-on work in landscaping, gardening, and construction projects, supporting the overall aesthetic and health of our clients' landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment efficiently. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching Use hand tools and power tools for planting, digging, and light exterior construction Maintain equipment through basic mechanical knowledge and routine upkeep Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations and site activities Qualifications Prior experience with landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions Robust work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a quick-paced workplace We value hard work, reliability, and a passion for outdoor projects.
