Key Responsibilities:• Oversee all driver supervision and training activities • Conduct assessments to identify and improve driver performance • Participate in interviews and maintain staffing levels • Take notes on ongoing service and driver-related issues • Facilitate effective customer relations to address problems

Requirements:• Waste Management experience is advantageous • Proficient in vehicle inspections and reporting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Able to manage time effectively under deadlines • G license required; DZ license is a plus
