Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Veterinary Receptionist located in Beaverton, ON. Responsibilities include greeting clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls with professionalism, educating clients on pet care and services, and providing general administrative support. The Veterinary Receptionist will work to ensure a positive experience for clients while maintaining an organized and efficient front desk environment.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette to manage client interactions and bookings efficiently

Knowledge in Animal Care and ability to provide Client Education on basic pet health needs and services

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members

Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment

Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is a plus

Proficiency in using office and scheduling software is preferred
