Job Description TD Canada Trust looks for a Customer Experience Associate to provide excellent customer service, process financial transactions accurately, and recommend banking solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Responsibilities
Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following TD’s operating procedures, regulations, and Code of Conduct.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.
Respond to and resolve customers’ concerns using standard policies and escalating non‑standard activities when necessary.
Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.
Build meaningful relationships with customers to clearly explain banking solutions and processes.
Support a positive, diverse, and equitable workplace by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
Assist the team by respecting coworkers, remaining dedicated, and keeping everyone informed of routine activity status.
Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
High School diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills suitable for a fast‑paced environment.
Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Dynamic communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect calmly, courteously, and effectively with diverse individuals.
