Food Service Supervisor, Lake Simcoe North Shore (Coldwater)

Responsibilities and Duties

Establish methods to meet work schedules

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Establish work schedules

Skills Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, attention to detail.

Supervision Ability to supervise: 5-10 people, 11-15 people.

Work Setting Food service establishment, coffee shop, fast food outlet or concession, restaurant.

Education No Degree, certificate or diploma.

Experience 1 year to less than 2 years.

Employment Details Salary: $19.23 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week

Employment location: 175 Westmount, Orillia, ON L3V 3P7 / On Site– Work must be completed at the physical location.
