Experienced Concrete Pump Truck & Boom Truck Operator (Dual Role) – Full Time Barnhill Contracting Inc. | Muskoka, Ontario Barnhill Contracting Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Pump Truck & Boom Truck Operator to join our team full time. This is a specialized position for someone comfortable operating both a concrete pump truck and boom truck, while supporting residential and commercial concrete foundation projects throughout Muskoka and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a dependable operator who takes pride in equipment, values safety, and wants long-term steady work with an established company. Responsibilities: - Operate both concrete pump truck and boom truck safely and efficiently - Coordinate with site foremen, crews, and concrete suppliers during pours - Transport and place forms, materials, and equipment as required - Complete daily inspections, maintenance checks, and cleaning of equipment - Identify minor mechanical issues and assist with preventative maintenance - Help maintain organized yard, equipment, and fleet readiness - Work safely around excavation equipment and active construction sites - Support crews as needed to keep projects moving efficiently Qualifications: - Previous experience operating concrete pump trucks required - Previous boom truck operating experience required - Valid DZ licence minimum (AZ considered an asset) - Construction industry experience preferred, especially concrete or foundation work - Strong mechanical aptitude considered an asset - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Reliable, safety-conscious, and skilled What We Offer: ✔ Competitive wage based on experience (top wages paid for qualified operators) ✔ Full-time, steady employment ✔ Overtime opportunities during peak season ✔ Local work — home most nights ✔ Supportive, experienced crew environment ✔ Long-term opportunity with a growing company ✔ Well-maintained equipment and year-round responsibilities Barnhill Contracting specializes in residential and commercial concrete foundations across Muskoka and has built a reputation around quality workmanship and dependable crews.
