Job Summary We are seeking dedicated Cleaning and Customer Service professionals to join our team. Yard maintenance and power washers needed as well as cottage and boat cleaners. Specific roles looking to fill are: -Cleaning Lead -Cleaning Tech -Cleaning Specialist -Boat Detailers -Yard Maintenance -Power Washing -Concierge Services This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services while delivering outstanding customer support to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidates will possess robust communication skills, organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients. This position offers an opportunity to develop versatile skills in hospitality, cleaning, and customer relations within a dynamic work setting. Duties Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work a power washer and complete yard maintence Provide excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Maintain organized work areas and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Communicate clearly with clients in English and French (if applicable), ensuring their expectations are understood and exceeded. Uphold hygiene standards and safety protocols during all cleaning activities. Assist with additional hospitality-related tasks to enhance the overall client experience. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and qualified attitude. Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
