Ice Cream Server (Port Carling)

Join our team as an Ice Cream Server and become the face of our unique, delicious, New Zealand inspired soft serve from our beautifully converted horse trailer! We're looking for energetic individuals who are enthusiastic about creating memorable experiences for our customers. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities to take on increased responsibility as the season progresses. This is a seasonal summer position (approximately June–August). Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service. - Assist customers in selecting from our different options and flavors. - Scoop and swirl ice cream with precision and care. - Operate POS / cash register and handle transactions accurately. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including keeping toppings, cones, and utensils stocked and sanitized. - Uphold food safety standards and adhere to health regulations. Qualifications: - Previous customer service experience preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. - Must obtain food handler certificate (online course). - Must be confident working independently and able to manage the trailer alone during shifts. - Ability to work in both a team and solo environment.
