Financial Services Manager, Festing Toyota (Huntsville)

Festing Toyota is growing. Operating from our brand new facility at 25 Ott Drive in Huntsville, we are looking for a professional, customer-focused Financial Services Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to work with one of Canada's most respected automotive brands while helping customers protect their investment and complete their vehicle purchase experience with confidence. What You'll Do: - Present financing, leasing, protection products and aftermarket programs to customers - Arrange vehicle financing through lender partners - Ensure all transactions comply with OMVIC, lender, and dealership requirements - Prepare and complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently - Work closely with Sales Team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and product providers - Achieve performance targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction What We're Looking For: - Automotive F&I; experience a must - OMVIC license - Solid communication ad presentation skills - Professional appearance and customer-first attitude - Ability to build trust and explain financial products clearly - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Team player with a positive attitude What We Offer: - Competitive compensation package with performance incentives - Comprehensive benefits package - Ongoing manufacturer and industry training - Supportive team environment - Modern, state-of-the-art facility - Opportunity to grow with a well-established, family-owned dealership Why Festing Toyota?
