Yard Crew/Delivery Driver (Bracebridge)

Pride Marine Group is currently seeking a full-time permanent Yard Crew/Delivery Driver to join our Rosseau Lake crew in Minett, ON. What You Bring to the Role - Ability to maintain professionalism and portray the company in a positive manner - Enthusiasm for working outside - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and be self motivated - Work positively and effectively in a team environment - Ability to work independently when required - Mechanically inclined with tools and machinery - Health & Safety conscious What You'll Do - Actively contribute to a positive team culture and work cohesively across all departments to achieve shared goals - Assist in the summerizing process by unwrapping, moving and cleaning boats - Assist in the winterization process by moving, cleaning and shrink wrapping boats - Communicate with CSR on efficient scheduling - Maintain a clean and skilled location by removing and properly disposing of waste - Utilizing a forklift, tractor and/or travel lift to safely and efficiently lift boats - Maintain inventory of where boats and trailers are located in the yard - Tow, move and launch boats - Support detailers, technicians and other crew as needed - Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles - Trailer boats to and from customers and other Pride locations, launching when required - Pickup and deliver customer boats by water - Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections on vehicle and load, ensuring safety, roadworthiness and customer satisfaction - Complete all necessary paperwork including daily logs, inspection logs, delivery receipts, vehicle inspection, following applicable provincial and federal regulations - Provide feedback to management and service department regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery problems - All other duties as assigned What We'd Like From You - Able to work irregular hours during peak periods including weekends - Ability to lift, push, kneel, reach high locations and repetitive motion - Able to work in various weather conditions - Forklift certification and/or experience considered an asset - Marine or boat moving experience considered an asset - Valid Drivers License required - A & AR license considered an asset - Pleasure Craft Operators card required What’s In It For You - Full benefits - Employee Assistance Program - Monthly bonus eligibility - Annual footwear allowance - Demo boat for shared employee use at each location If you think you are the right candidate for the job, please submit your resume.
