Server / Bartender Location: Muskoka, ON Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal About the Role We’re gearing up for great 2026 at 1360 Golden Beach Rd, Bracebridge and are looking for energetic, personable Server/Bartenders who know how to read a room, craft a great drink, and turn a simple meal into a memorable experience. Guest-facing roles at the heart of our resort. perfect for someone who thrives on connection, atmosphere, and a bit of hustle. Year round, seasonal, part time and full time positions available. Key Responsibilities Service - Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable table service - Guide guests through food and beverage menus with confidence - Anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamless dining experience - Handle payments accurately and efficiently Bar - Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to standard - Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar - Develop a strong understanding of our drink program - Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times Experience & Atmosphere - Create a welcoming, upbeat environment for guests - Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service - Contribute ideas to enhance guest experience and seasonal offerings What We’re Looking For - Previous serving and/or bartending experience (1–2 years preferred) - Smart Serve Certification (required) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment - Hospitality DNA, those who genuinely enjoy engaging with people - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Perks - Competitive wages + tips - Staff meals and team perks - Opportunity to be part of a creative food & beverage program - Growth opportunities within an expanding resort Bonus Points If You: - Have cocktail and mocktail knowledge or a passion for mixology - Love for local food, beverages and events - Bring personality and a bit of flair to the front of house Why Join Us?
