Recreation Facility Operator Bracebridge

Join the Town of Bracebridge as a Recreation Facility Operator 2. Oversee facility maintenance and ensure high-quality standards in this full-time position requiring 40 hours weekly.

As a Facility Operator 2, you'll play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency at the recreation facility until May 31, 2027. You will be tasked with conducting pool water tests, setting up event equipment, and performing general custodial duties, ensuring superior customer assistance and compliance with public health standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Ensure cleanliness and safe ice conditions of the facility • Conduct water tests to adhere to health standards • Prepare equipment for sports and events • Perform custodial duties to maintain facility appearance • Operate specialized equipment for ice maintenance

Requirements:• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent • At least 1 year in arena/pool operations • CPR Level C and First Aid training preferred • Strong knowledge of safety regulations • Valid Class G driver's license in good standing
