Server / Bartender Location: Muskoka, ON Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal About the Role We’re gearing up for great 2026 at 1360 Golden Beach Rd, Bracebridge and are looking for energetic, personable Server/Bartenders who know how to read a room, craft a excellent drink, and turn a straightforward meal into a memorable experience. Guest-facing roles at the heart of our resort. perfect for someone who thrives on connection, atmosphere, and a bit of hustle. Year round, seasonal, part time and full time positions available. Key Responsibilities Service Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable table service Guide guests through food and beverage menus with confidence Anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamless dining experience Handle payments accurately and efficiently Bar Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to standard Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar Develop a strong understanding of our drink program Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times Experience & Atmosphere Create a welcoming, upbeat environment for guests Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service Contribute ideas to enhance guest experience and seasonal offerings What We’re Looking For Previous serving and/or bartending experience (1–2 years preferred) Smart Serve Certification (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment Hospitality DNA, those who genuinely enjoy engaging with people Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Perks Competitive wages + tips Staff meals and team perks Opportunity to be part of a creative food & beverage program Growth opportunities within an expanding resort Bonus Points If You: Have cocktail and mocktail knowledge or a passion for mixology Love for local food, beverages and events Bring personality and a bit of flair to the front of house Why Join Us?
