Key Responsibilities:• Make and confirm guest reservations via multiple channels • Respond proactively to guest inquiries concerning services • Manage guest concerns with professionalism • Report security issues to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:• Three years of experience in banquet or hospitality • Supervisory experience of at least two years • Post-secondary education in Hospitality or related discipline • FOOD SAFE Level 1 or similar certificate is advantageous • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds
