In this position, the Sports Agent will represent and support athletes by managing contracts, negotiating deals, and fostering relationships with sports organizations, sponsors, and other key stakeholders. The role includes providing mentorship and career guidance, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and discretion.Qualifications Knowledge or experience in sports, and an understanding of the sports industry Ability to build and maintain partnerships Strong Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach to managing relationships Experience in Team Leadership and the ability to collaborate across various teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree preferred This is a 1099 partnership opportunity for aspiring agents and licensing/platform fees apply.
