Plant Superintendent – Midland, Ontario Location: Midland, Ontario Position Type Full-Time, Exempt Compensation Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits Pre-employment Requirement: Medical and reference checks We’re seeking a Plant Superintendent to join our Midland operations team. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for the daily oversight and long-term operational strategy of a unionized production facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Plant Superintendent plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while delivering high-quality products that meet ADM standards. This position provides direct leadership to 2–4 supervisors and indirect leadership to approximately 40 hourly colleagues. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset while supporting safety, quality, production, cost management, and colleague development.
