Merchandiser - Cold Storage (Oro-Medonte)

Our client, a leading food wholesale distributor in grocery and distribution, is seeking a Stock Clerk (Cold Storage) to join their team. As a Stock Clerk, you will be part of the Receiving & Distribution Operations Department supporting inventory management and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Stock Clerk (Cold Storage) Location: Barrie, ON Pay Range: $18.20/hr Shift: Day Shift (8:30am - 5:30pm) Mon - Fri (Alternating weekends) What's the Job? Receiving frozen goods, produce, and refrigerated itemsUnloading from skid and restocking shelves, freezers, and refrigeratorsManaging inventory and merchandising of various store goodsHelping customers find products and providing excellent serviceRetrieving shopping carts and bringing in store supplies What's Needed? At least 2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or similar rolesAbility to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the dayStrong work ethic, good attendance, and team-oriented mindsetBasic understanding of inventory management and SKU handlingPositive attitude and collaborative approach to work What's in it for me?
