Summer Customer Service Representative at LCBO, available May4–Sept7,2026. On‑site role reporting to Store Manager. Only one application required for multiple locations. Paid training will cover store operations, customer service, and product knowledge, including wine, beer, cider, and spirits.Responsibilities
Serve customers using the cash register system promptly and courteously. Ask for donations for partner charities (Spirit of Sustainability Campaign). Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys. Receive products, replenish shelves, and keep items face‑up. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety (clean spills and broken bottles).LIFT cases of various sizes up to 40lbs (18kg) repeatedly while standing. Requirements
Legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student or Work Permit). 18years or older. Comfortable working with teammates and customers. Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus. Agree to complete a criminal background check at own expense before starting work. Availability
Friday 5:00PM– Close. Saturday and Sunday all day for a 4‑8 hour shift. Long weekends (VictoriaDay, CanadaDay, CivicHoliday, LabourDay). Additional work may be available Monday–Thursday based on store needs. Schedules posted two weeks in advance; extra shifts may come on short notice. Benefits&Growth
