Customer Service Expert for LCBO, Parry Sound Mid-Shore (Bala)

Elevate customer experiences at the LCBO in Port Carling, Ontario, as a Summer Customer Service Representative. This part-time position is tailored for energetic individuals eager to support a vibrant retail environment.

As a member of the LCBO team from May to September 2026, you will be immersed in customer service training and product knowledge directly impacting shopper satisfaction. Serving customers effectively, organizing store displays, and enhancing the store's overall atmosphere are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist customers with transactions at the cash register • Encourage community donations for local charities • Facilitate customer feedback through surveys • Ensure a clean and safe shopping environment • Lift and arrange product cases as needed up to 40 lbs
