Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for an Assistant Manager based in Simcoe, ON. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring a high-quality guest experience, and upholding brand standards. Responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, monitoring inventory, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting marketing and promotional initiatives. The Assistant Manager will also focus on achieving financial targets, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and fostering a positive work environment.
