Registered Practical Nurse - Shift (Simcoe County)

Position Summary We are looking for passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) / Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our healthcare team. You will use your clinical expertise to provide the highest quality nursing care tailored to clients’ unique needs and preferences, delivered with empathy, excellence, and reliability in community or school settings. Deliver compassionate and reliable care that promotes better health outcomes and emotional well‑being. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to establish trust and support independence and dignity. Utilize the company‑provided mobile devices to document care and communicate with staff. Adhere to all safety and quality standards, including statutory and provincial regulations. Maintain accurate clinical records and report findings to supervisors in a timely manner. Education & Certification Requirements Graduate from an accredited or recognized School of Nursing (evidence required). Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body. Valid CPR certification (CPR Level C or BLS). Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle. Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening. Proof of being free from TB. Two supervisory references. Vaccination Policy New hires may be required to provide proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID‑19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu and other regulated diseases, dependent on provincial regulations and the position.
