We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Window Installer to lead and support our installation crew. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands‑on skills in construction and installation who is ready to step up into a leadership position—mentoring junior installers, ensuring quality workmanship, and managing projects from start to finish on site.Work and play in beautiful Muskoka— while enjoying a stable, year-round career with a skilled team. Key Responsibilities

Lead and support window and door installations, ensuring high-quality results Train, mentor, and guide junior installers and helpers Read and interpret installation plans and specifications Safely transport and handle windows, doors, and materials Apply appropriate sealing products and finishing techniquesMaintain clean and organized worksites, equipment, and vehicles Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of PPE Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and supervisors What You Bring

Proven experience in window and/or door installation (7 years of window installation experience preferred) Strong knowledge of building materials and construction practices Ability to work independently and lead a small crew Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsValid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation to Port Carling Safety-conscious, with CSA-approved work boots and PPE Why You’ll Love Working with Us
