Manager Data Management-Remote (Full-time) (Simcoe County)

TalentWorld is recruiting an Asset Protection Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on asset protection professional who thrives in rapid-paced, operationally complex environments.This role will focus on strengthening asset protection, operational risk mitigation, security controls, investigations, and process improvement initiatives across multiple locations. The successful candidate will work closely with operations leadership to identify vulnerabilities, improve controls, support investigations, and drive proactive risk management strategies that protect people, assets, and operations.Asset Protection Manager Responsibilities:Support and execute asset protection and operational risk strategies across multiple facilities and operational environments.Conduct investigations related to theft, fraud, shrink, policy violations, and operational risk concerns.Identify vulnerabilities within operational processes and recommend practical corrective actions and control improvements.Analyze trends, reporting, and operational data to proactively identify areas of risk and opportunity.Partner closely with operations leadership to support compliance, security, audit readiness, and process consistency.Assist in developing and implementing security standards, procedures, and best practices.Support internal and external audits, compliance initiatives, and risk assessments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, security, compliance, and technology partners.Participate in incident response, crisis management, and investigative activities as required.Build strong relationships with external stakeholders including law enforcement and security partners when necessary.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, control enhancement, and loss reduction.Asset Protection Manager Qualifications:5+ years of experience in asset protection, corporate security, investigations, operational risk, or loss prevention.Experience working within large-scale operational, logistics, retail, manufacturing, cash services, distribution, or high-risk environments is considered a strong asset.Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with reporting, audits, compliance, and operational controls.Ability to work cross-functionally with operational and executive stakeholders.Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.Experience leveraging data, reporting, or business intelligence tools to support decision-making is considered an asset.What’s in it for you:Salary: Approximately $90,000 - $100,000 annually80% travel in CanadaFull-time permanent opportunityComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work within a dynamic and growing organizationHigh visibility role with strong operational exposureCollaborative and team-oriented environmentThis posting is for a position that is currently vacant within our client’s organization.Interested in the Manager, Asset Protection role?
