Associate Lawyer - Corporate (Simcoe)

ASSOCIATE LAWYER We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with 1+ years of experience to join our growing practice. This role is well suited to a lawyer who sees corporate law as more than transactions and is interested in becoming a trusted advisor for our local business clients, providing sound judgment, continuity, and practical guidance as businesses grow and change. The Practice Our corporate practice is relationship-driven and substantive, including: - Incorporations and reorganizations - Asset and share purchases and sales - Commercial lending and security documentation - Shareholder agreements and succession planning - Ongoing corporate maintenance and advisory work for private companies You will manage files independently, with support from experienced lawyers and staff, and maintain direct responsibility for client relationships.
