Cleaner & Supervisor (Oro-Medonte)

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning teams, maintain quality standards, and support daily operations. This role starts part-time with a clear pathway to full-time as the company grows. This is a working supervisor role — you will remain actively involved in cleaning duties. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and assist residential cleaning teams - Conduct quality checks and ensure company standards are consistently met - Train and onboard new team members - Manage daily schedules and job assignments (experience with scheduling apps is required) - Communicate professionally with clients when required - Assist in onboarding future commercial contracts - Step in and perform cleaning duties when a team member calls in sick or coverage is required - Support basic social media tasks and content creation to help grow the brand Requirements - Previous cleaning experience required - Supervisory or team lead experience preferred - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license - Ability to travel within Simcoe County & York Region - Physically capable of performing cleaning duties when required - Must be able to provide a clean police/background check - Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation - Experience using scheduling or booking apps is required What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay: $24–$26 - Performance-based bonuses and incentives - Paid mileage and drive time - Birthday off (paid)! - Holiday bonuses - Supportive, team-oriented work setting - Clear growth path into a full-time leadership role - Prospect for future business ownership or partnership as the company expands Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pt9cy
