Incoming conventional and electronic mail, as well as other materials, should be opened and distributed, and information should be shared internally and with other departments and organizations. Employer appointments and meetings should be scheduled and confirmed. Keep an inventory and place orders for office supplies. Welcome guests, identify the purpose of the business and guide guests to the employer or suitable individual. Languages: English Education: College Diploma. Experience: 1-2 years experience.
