Property Manager (Oshawa)

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Condominium Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our townhome community. The ideal candidate will possess a CMRAO General License and have a strong background in property management, customer service, and legal compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage Resident relations, ensure property maintenance, and have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Condominium Manager. This position will require three days on site and two days at head office. Duties - Manage all aspects of property operations, maintenance, and Resident relations. - Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act. - Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure high standards of property upkeep. - Maintain accurate records of Resident interactions, contracts, and financial transactions. - Address Resident concerns promptly through effective conflict management and customer service skills. - Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of facilities. - Attend meetings with the Board of Directors Monthly or as required. Requirements - Proven experience in property management and administration. - Strong understanding of the Condo Act. - Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively. - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on relationship building. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and filing tasks. - Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. - Solid phone etiquette and administrative experience are essential.
