We hire based on character, confident we can train the skill set needed to excel in this sales environment As a Field Marketing Manager you will: - Recruit, develop and remove obstacles for your field marketing team. - Reach individual and company goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis leading by example. - Paid for performance, write your own pay check. - Learn the true potential of door to door and have fun doing it! - Book in-home consultations, entering homes not required. - Develop leadership and management skills. - Receive daily support and mentoring. - Develop excellent communication skills. - Discover canvassing and leadership will better you in all facets of your life including confidence, financially, develop a sales skill set, cardio, communication, team building, and entrepreneurial fire - Drive a company vehicle for work purposes - must have a valid drivers license.
