ServiceNow Technical Architect A leading global technology organisation is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join its rapidly growing SaaS and ServiceNow practice. This is an exciting chance to play a key role in designing and delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions across a diverse client base. The Opportunity You’ll join a high-performing solutions team, working on large-scale digital transformation programmes across multiple industries. This role combines hands-on architecture, technical leadership, and client engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic design and delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Design and develop ServiceNow platform architecture aligned to business needs Lead implementation across ITSM and ITOM modules Own key areas including: CMDB Discovery Event Management Service Mapping Define and deliver integration strategies (REST/SOAP APIs) Run workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to best practice Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams What We’re Looking For Solid experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Technical Architect Proven delivery across ITSM and ITOM Deep knowledge of: Incident, Problem, Change CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong communication and problem-solving skills Certifications & Experience Essential: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Desirable: CIS certifications (ITSM / ITOM) ITIL certification Experience in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments What’s in It for You Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow programmes Exposure to cutting-edge SaaS and digital transformation initiatives Strong investment in training, certifications, and career progression A collaborative, innovative environment with adaptable working options Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o9k7n
