Qualifications - Currently enrolled as a full‑time, post‑secondary student in a recognized institution, pursuing one of the following areas of study: Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a Co‑op component. Undergraduate students in the following programs may also be considered: Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics. - Have completed a minimum of 1st year in an undergraduate program at university by the start of the chance. - Returning to full‑time studies in the same program following the completion of the work term OR require the work term or Co‑op placement to graduate. - MBA candidates must be enrolled in a formal Co‑op program. - Have a minimum average of 70% cumulative GPA (transcript must be included in application). Additional Requirements Please note that this role requires a rotating work arrangement between our downtown Toronto office and our Oshawa headquarters (one week in Oshawa, followed by one week in Toronto). All successful candidates will be required to complete a security clearance application. Before the application can be completed, ID verification will be required. Benefits The base salary range considered many factors including, but not limited to experience, education, and training, including any collective agreement requirements for union‑represented positions. It is not typical for the salary to be offered near the top of the range, and salary is dependent on numerous factors. For management roles, the base salary range does not represent the total compensation package. The total compensation package for regular full‑time management roles includes pay‑for‑performance programs for annual and medium time periods.
