Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) – High Volume Retail Hiring 12 months contract Hybrid in Brampton About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) to join our growing team. This role will primarily support high-volume recruitment for grocery retail management roles across Ontario, while also acting as the team’s bilingual resource to support hiring needs in Quebec, including retail management and asset protection (security guard) positions. Qualifications & Experience - 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (mandatory) - Proven experience managing high-volume hiring environments - Solid experience in: - Candidate sourcing and pipeline development - Stakeholder engagement and client relationship management - Conducting interviews and candidate evaluation - Offer management and closing candidates - Experience using ATS/CRM systems (Workday, Paradox preferred) - Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting - Exposure to unionized recruitment environments is considered an asset Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o1ja9
