ADP WFN Canada Project Manager (Oshawa)

The Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global Payroll/HCM Practice. Our client is rapidly growing and needs support for implementation specialists to develop an optimized human capital management (HCM) solution leveraging ADP best practices and industry trends to meet the Clients current and future human capital management needs using WFN.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the client implementation process
• Develops and maintains effective, proactive relationships and communications with clients and departments/associates to contribute to a successful overall client experience.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to discuss and relay information to ICs in a non-technical way with worthy communication skills
• Experience working with data, including relational databases, file transmission protocols, and SQL queries
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work with and communicate at all levels of staff and management.
• Solid Excel skills required, including data modeling and ad hoc analysis.
• Can easily build relationships across multiple functions and business Units

Requirement: Experience in ADP Canada WorkforceNow implementations required.

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a mid to late April start date. The plan is to have the client go live in 10-12 weeks.

Level of Effort: Part-time (10-20 hours per week) per project, depending on size and complexity.
