Regional Manager, Operations Oshawa

Were looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead and support a portfolio of franchise locations across Ontario. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, youll drive growth, improve profitability, and inspire franchise partners to achieve their business goals. This role is ideal for a multi-unit operator who thrives in the field, can coach and motivate teams, and knows how to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
