Hr Administrative Associate Oshawa

Job Overview This position will be responsible for attending OPG Federal Pay Equity meetings in person, arranging conference rooms, supporting the Chairperson with ad hoc administrative tasks, preparing meeting agendas as directed by the Chairperson, taking notes of the meetings and sharing minutes with the committee as required. The location for meetings may alternate between 889 Brock Road and CHQ. Qualifications Education: Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Post-secondary education such as a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Entry-level: 02 years of administrative or HR-related experience. Preferred: Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role Solid organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is an asset Certifications (Optional/Asset) CHRP (Certified Human Resources Qualified) designation or working towards it HR-related certificates (e.g., HR Management Certificate) Additional Requirements Ability to multitask and prioritize Team player with a positive attitude Problem-solving skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2owpsu
