Department Overview The Department of Electrical, Computer and Software Engineering invites applications for a tenure‑track position at the Assistant Professor level with expertise in any area of Electrical Engineering. Areas of particular interest include microelectronics, high‑frequency electronics, and bioelectronics. Responsibilities Conduct a vigorous and innovative research program with peer‑reviewed publications. Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, incorporating technology‑enhanced pedagogy. Achieve a 40% research, 40% teaching, and 20% service workload each year. Contribute to curriculum development and student mentorship. Qualifications Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. Established record of excellence in innovative and experimental research. Eligible to register as a Professional Engineer in Ontario. Strong potential for outstanding teaching contributions. Excellent English language skills for effective two‑way communication with faculty, staff, students, and the community.
