Customer Success & Support Lead - Robotics Location: Oshawa, ON | Type: Full time, Permanent | Start Date: June 2026 About the Role We are looking for a proactive, technically curious leader to own the end-to-end customer journey. You will be the primary face of Korechi for our users, responsible for everything from initial onboarding and field training to long-term account growth and technical troubleshooting. Your mission is to ensure our clients—ranging from local golf driving ranges to high-end country clubs see the ROI and efficiency gains our robots promise. Key Responsibilities - Onboarding & Implementation: Lead the "Sales-to-Service" handoff, managing the deployment of robot fleets and ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the client's existing workflows. - Customer Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs (on-site and digital) so that farm managers and golf course superintendents can confidently operate our autonomous systems. - Technical Support & Triage: Serve as the first point of contact for complex issues. You will diagnose problems, recommend self-service resources, and escalate critical bugs to our technical team. - Voice of the Customer: Regularly gather field feedback and performance data to advocate for new features and product improvements during internal roadmap discussions. - Retention & Expansion: Monitor account health and utilization metrics to identify at-risk clients and proactively drive renewals or upsell opportunities for additional modular attachments. - Field Engagement: Willingness to travel to customer sites across North America for business reviews, relationship building and hands-on system check-ups to create new servicing protocols Mandatory Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Technical Support, or Account Management), preferably within the Robotics industry. - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to translate complex "robot-speak" into clear, actionable advice for non-technical users. - Problem-Solving: A resilient, "figure-it-out" mindset capable of troubleshooting hardware and software issues under changing field conditions. - Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce) and a baseline comfort with technical systems (APIs, cloud dashboards, and mobile apps). Preferred Skills & Assets - Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of agricultural practices or golf course management operations. - Technical Curiosity: A "geek at heart" who enjoys learning about LiDAR, GNSS, and AI-driven automation. - Project Management: Experience managing multi-site rollouts and coordinating across engineering and sales departments. - Leadership: Experience mentoring junior support staff or building support processes from the ground up.
