Pest Control Operations Manager (Oshawa)

GCBS Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Pest Control Operations Manager to lead and oversee pest control operations throughout Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong industry knowledge, operational experience, and excellent client service skills. The successful candidate will be based out of our Oshawa office but must be willing to travel regularly to client sites across the GTA and Durham Region. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day pest control operations and field staff - Schedule and coordinate service appointments and technician routes - Ensure all pest control services are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations - Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and follow-up visits - Train, mentor, and support pest control technicians - Maintain strong relationships with clients and address service concerns professionally - Monitor inventory, equipment, and chemical usage - Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation - Ensure compliance with provincial health and safety standards and industry regulations - Support business growth through operational planning and customer retention initiatives Qualifications & Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in the pest control industry - Valid Pest Control Certification/Licence required - Previous supervisory or management experience preferred - Solid knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and safety procedures - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively - Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record - Ability and willingness to travel throughout Durham Region and the GTA What We Offer - Competitive salary based on experience - Extensive compensation package including health and dental benefits, paid vacation, performance incentives, and additional company-supported advantages - Company vehicle or travel allowance (if applicable) - Opportunities for growth opportunities and advancement - Supportive team environment - Stable, growing company with diverse commercial clients Pay: From $85,000.00 per year Benefits: - Commuter benefits - Company car - Paid time off - Vision care Application question(s): - Please provide your email address; Experience: - Operations management: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: - Pest Control Certification (required) - Class G Licence (required) Willingness to travel: - 100% (required) Work Location: On the road Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ozrd1
