Position: Process Improvement Consultant (Six Sigma, Kaizen) Location: Oshawa, ON (Onsite) Structure: Contract 12 months to start Pay: $70.00 - $78.00 p/h inc. + HST - We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Energy Sector clients in a contract capacity! Please see below for more information on the position and if interested, apply with an updated resume aligned to the needs of the role. — Deliverables - Lead the capture, documentation, and dissemination of project lessons learned to ensure insights are retained and applied across the organization. - Analyze project performance data (cost, schedule, risk, resources) and develop reports/dashboards to identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Develop and maintain standardized tools, templates, and frameworks to support project controls and lessons learned processes. - Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices across project teams. Experience Required - 5+ years of experience in project controls, including scheduling, cost management, risk management, and resource planning. - Proven experience leading lessons learned initiatives, continuous improvement programs, or knowledge management practices in complex project environments. - Solid experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, dashboards). - Experience facilitating workshops and applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. - Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with PMP certification considered an asset, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. - - CorGTA is an equal opportunity employer, please apply with an updated resume and ensure the required skills you are able to speak to for this position are included.
