Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, enhancing the appearance of both residential and commercial properties. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Clean windows using hand tools and power tools to achieve streak-free results. - Perform custodial duties as needed, including cleaning frames, sills, and screens. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. - Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled hours while maintaining quality standards. - Conduct regular maintenance checks on cleaning equipment and report any issues. - Lift heavy equipment or materials as required for various cleaning tasks. - Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Experience - Previous experience working at heights with ladders - Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in window cleaning is a plus. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods while working at heights.
