Join a vital role as an HR Administrative Associate. Take charge of meeting management, note-taking, and support tasks in a full time onsite role designed for growth in HR. This position offers the prospect to engage in OPG Federal Pay Equity meetings while providing administrative support. You will facilitate room arrangements, prepare agendas, and accurately document minutes. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Attend and support HR meetings in person • Arrange conference rooms for scheduled meetings • Prepare meeting agendas directed by the Chairperson • Take detailed notes and distribute meeting minutes • Maintain confidentiality concerning sensitive information Requirements: • High school diploma, post-secondary education preferred • Entry-level 0–2 years in administrative or HR roles • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required • Solid verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with HRIS is advantageous Excel in this HR role and enhance your administrative expertise while promoting equity and inclusion.
