Part-Time JEDI Lead at CMHA Waterloo Wellington (Courtice)

Forge change with CMHA Waterloo Wellington as a JEDI Lead in Guelph. In this part-time role, you will guide the organization towards equitable practices and anti-racist initiatives. This position offers 14 flexible schedule per week, integral to supporting diversity within the organization. As a JEDI Lead, you'll co-chair the JEDI committee and work with leaders to implement crucial changes that align with anti-oppressive values. Your role will also involve training development for staff, enhancing community engagement through diversity.
