In this role, you will assist clients in navigating the mortgage process, providing expert guidance and support to help them secure the best financing options for their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of financial services, and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. Duties - Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine suitable mortgage options. - Communicate clearly with clients to explain mortgage products, terms, and processes. - Negotiate loan terms with lenders to secure favorable rates and conditions for clients. - Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting related to mortgage applications. - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage application process. - Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation accurately. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial services. - Manage cash flow and ensure timely processing of payments related to mortgage transactions. - Support multilingual clients by providing assistance in their preferred language when possible. Qualifications - Proven experience in financial services or a related field is preferred. - Strong math skills with the ability to analyze financial data effectively. - Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes. - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. - Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients' best interests. - Knowledge of cash management practices within the context of mortgage transactions is beneficial. - A commitment to ongoing career development and staying informed about industry changes.
