Join the Durham Community Health Centre as a Community Garden Volunteer. This flexible role allows you to work on various tasks, including planting, weeding, and assisting with community events and workshops. No prior gardening experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you're equipped for every task.

Key Responsibilities:• Plant, water, weed, and harvest garden produce • Prepare garden beds and conduct seasonal clean-up • Move soil, compost, and tools as needed • Support composting and manage garden waste • Distribute fresh produce to community members

Requirements:• Interest in gardening and community engagement • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds • Respectful team spirit and positive attitude • Full COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory
